Daily Gut Lovin’ Green Smoothie

- Large handful of kale
- Handful of romaine
- ½ cup red cabbage
- ½ cucumber
- 1-2 celery stalks
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- Optional: 1 whole kiwi
- 2 TBSP fresh parsley or fresh mint
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBSP shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP ground flax
- 1 TSP fresh or powdered organic turmeric
- 1 thumb size chunk of fresh ginger
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut water
Throw ingredients into blender, top with coconut water and plain water, enough to blend well. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes.
