Daily Gut Lovin’ Green Smoothie

  • Large handful of kale
  • Handful of romaine
  • ½ cup red cabbage
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1-2 celery stalks
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Optional: 1 whole kiwi
  • 2 TBSP fresh parsley or fresh mint
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP ground flax
  • 1 TSP fresh or powdered organic turmeric
  • 1 thumb size chunk of fresh ginger
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup coconut water

Throw ingredients into blender, top with coconut water and plain water, enough to blend well. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes.
