What do you get with The 30 Day Reset?
- 5 Group Sessions led by myself (one, 90 minute session per week and includes a bonus prep session before the reset officially begins to ensure you are set up for success before it even starts)
- The 30 Day Reset Meal Guide – this will be your roadmap to how to build balanced meals, grocery list, meal planning/prep support, and delicious plant-based recipes to help you along the way.
- Motivation, accountability, and lifestyle support from myself and the group both during the group sessions and in the private 30 Day Reset Facebook group.
- Weekly goals and homework to keep you on track.
- Access to me throughout the work week (Mon-Fri) via private or public messages in the group in between visits for quick questions.
- Because everyone’s gut is like a fingerprint, unique and personal, you have the option to add on 1:1 nutritional consultations, at a discounted rate, to support your specific gut health and weight loss needs. This could include:

Do I have to be 100% plant-based to participate in the Reset?
- No you don’t, but I strongly encourage you to be as close as possible in order to reap the amazing benefits the program has to offer. Meat, dairy, eggs, and refined or processed foods are not included in the meal plan because these foods do not support the health of the gut the way that fibre filled plant foods do. One of the main goals of the reset is to make plants the star of your meals and the reset will teach you how to do this. Why plants? Diversity in plants is one of the keys to having a healthy microbiome aka. a healthy gut! Eating a fibre-rich, nutrient dense diet is one of the best things you can do for your health and to lose weight. Your health starts in your gut.
Do I have to buy a bunch of weird, expensive or hard to find foods for the Reset?
- Definitely not! I designed the reset to be easy and accessible for everyone. No hard to find or strange ingredients (unless you want to try something out of the ordinary). No challenging recipes with tons of complicated steps to follow. The meals are meant to be easy to prep and easy to put together so there is less stress around what to have for dinner, and so you are more likely to continue with the reset principles long term. This way you can focus your time on more important things.
